Description:
Found along the Atlantic coast from Newfoundland all the way down to Florida, Seaside Goldenrod is a frequent inhabitant of sand dunes and tidal marshes. It is extremely salt-tolerant, making it a viable option for a hellstrip garden - handling road salt with ease. It thrives in nutrient-poor soils, so fertilizing is not beneficial. Foliage is thicker than most, nearly succulent and evergreen. NATIVE
