Description:
Neat, upright habit makes this tree an excellent choice where space is tight. Masses of pure white, bell shaped flowers with yellow stamens in spring. Trunk is dark grey with whitish vertical striping, becoming ridged and furrowed with age. Prefers rich, well-drained soil. Pest resistant. Handsome lawn tree or as part of the woodland border.
